Installation Procedure

1.When installing new parts, measure and adjust the body as necessary to conform with standard dimensions.

2.Before installing the new part, drill holes for plug welding in the 4 locations in area A.

3.After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

4.Plug welds in the 4 locations in area A shown in the figure.

5.Cut and join the location in area B shown in the figure and install the apron reinforcement (upper).

6.Spot welds in the 16 locations in area C shown in the figure.

7.Cut and join the part to area D shown in the figure and install the cowl side reinforcement (front).
