• If the procedure is performed with washer fluid in the washer tank, the washer fluid may leak out. When performing the procedure, place a container under the washer tank to collect washer fluid, and perform the procedure.

1.Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(US)].)

2.Remove the front deflector (RH). (See DEFLECTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [(US)].)

4.Disconnect the connector.

5.Remove the washer fluid-level sensor.

6.Remove the grommet. (See Grommet installation note.)

7.Install in the reverse order of removal.

Grommet installation note

• Install the grommet so that the lip of the grommet is on the outside of the washer tank.
