1.Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(US)].)
2.Remove the trunk covering. (See TRUNK COVERING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
3.Remove the bolt.

4.Disconnect the connector.
5.Remove the bass-box and short cord as a single unit.
6.Remove the wiring harness clip.

7.Remove the short-cord from the bass-box.
8.Install in the reverse order of removal.
