1.Remove the front under cover No.2. (See FRONT UNDER COVER No.2 REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
2.Remove the front crossmember component. (See FRONT CROSSMEMBER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [(US)].)
3.Remove the exhaust manifold (WU-TWC). (See EXHAUST SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G (WITH CYLINDER DEACTIVATION (US))].)
4.Remove the heat shield. (See TRANSFER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [EV6AX-EL].)
5.Remove the transfer bracket. (See TRANSFER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [EV6AX-EL].)
6.Remove the oil level plug and with the washer.

7.Verify that there is transfer oil around the oil level plug installation hole by hand.

• If there is a lack of oil, add transfer oil from the oil level plug installation hole.

8.Install the oil level plug with a new washer.

9.Install the transfer bracket. (See TRANSFER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [EV6AX-EL].)
10.Install the heat shield. (See TRANSFER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [EV6AX-EL].)
