1.Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(US)].)
2.Disconnect the coolant control valve connector. (See COOLANT CONTROL VALVE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G (WITHOUT CYLINDER DEACTIVATION (US))].)
3.Inspect for continuity between coolant control valve terminals A—B.
