Up Switch
1.Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(US)].)
2.Remove the screw.

3.Disconnect the up switch connector.

4.Remove the column cover. (See COLUMN COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
5.Verify that the continuity between up switch component terminals A and B.

• If there is any malfunction, replace the up switch.
