• If the procedure is performed with washer fluid in the washer tank, the washer fluid may leak out. When performing the procedure, place a container under the washer tank to collect washer fluid, and perform the procedure.

1.Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(US)].)

2.Remove the upper face. (See UPPER FACE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [(US)].)

3.Remove the front bumper. (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [(US)].)

4.Remove the front combination light(RH). (See FRONT COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

5.Insert the remover tool into the service hole at the position shown in the figure.

6.While pressing the washer tank bracket tabs in the direction of the arrows (1) shown in the figure, pull the washer tank bracket in the direction of the arrow (2) and pull out the washer tank bracket from the bracket.

7.Remove the cap.

8.Move the washer funnel in the direction of the arrow (2) shown in the figure while pressing it in the direction of the arrows (1) shown in the figure, and remove the washer funnel from the washer tank bracket.

9.Disconnect the connectors.

10.Press out the clip in the direction of the arrow (2) shown in the figure while pressing the clip tabs in the direction of the arrows (1) shown in the figure, and remove the clip from the washer tank.

11.Disconnect the washer hose from the washer motor.

12.Remove the washer hose from the washer tank hook. (See WINDSHIELD WASHER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [(US)].) (See REAR WASHER HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [(US)].)

13.Pull out the washer hose from the area A of the washer tank.

14.Remove the bolts.

15.Move the washer tank in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and pull out the washer tank hook from the vehicle.

16.Pull out the washer tank pin and remove the washer tank from the vehicle.

17.Remove the washer motor. (See WASHER MOTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

18.Remove the washer fluid-level sensor (with washer fluid-level sensor). (See WASHER FLUID-LEVEL SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

19.Install in the reverse order of removal.
